Safari Anomalous produces unique and high-quality specimens for theatrical use and collectible display. All our creations are original designs and are produced by hand in the U.S.A. by artist Kristen Phillips and her dedicated team. Because the production process is so intricate and labor-intensive, we want to clarify the following details so that you can make an informed purchase:
- FITNESS & SATISFACTION - Purchases are semi-custom and essentially made-upon-your-order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of any items. We are happy to answer any of your technical and sizing questions before you decide to purchase. We are unable to provide samples of products at this time. Please contact us to discuss your situation (haunted attraction, film, high-definition television, live performance, etc.), so we can help you determine if our specimens will be suitable for your use.
- SCHEDULING - Placing your order via our website is equivalent to securing a slot in our production schedule. In addition to the items shown in our standing collection, we produce specially commissioned pieces, so your order may inevitably be queued up behind other previously committed work. That being said, we try to accommodate our client's needs to the best of our abilities. As a general rule, please expect that your order will be ready to ship in 3 to 4 weeks after you place your order. If you have specific scheduling needs, please contact us so that we can discuss special handling fees for accelerated production and shipping.
- SHIPPING & TAXES - Shipping and taxes are not included in your shopping cart total. Because we ship across the United States and to various international locations, we determine logistics and special handling instructions with your direct input instead of attempting to use automated or flat shipping fees. We will follow up with you directly by email to confirm shipping methods and costs. We will send you a final invoice once your order is ready for shipment. Your order will ship as soon as your remaining balance is paid. U.S state taxes and international import duties are the buyer's responsibility, and we cannot misrepresent package contents as gifts or samples.
